Carry-on baggage

Passenger carry-on baggage must not exceed 10 kg in total, including items such as a small suitcase, handbag, laptop, camera, and infant food.
The combined dimensions (length + width + height) must not exceed 115 cm, with individual maximums of 55 cm in length, 40 cm in width, and 20 cm in height, including handles and wheels.
If carry-on baggage exceeds the specified weight or dimensions, it must be checked in as checked baggage. Additional fees may apply.

RESTRICTED ITEMS IN CARRY-ON BAGGAGE

The following items are restricted in carry-on baggage and must be checked:

Knives, cutting instruments, needles, or any other sharp objects (e.g., scissors, nail clippers, tools)

Sporting equipment such as golf clubs, hockey sticks, baseball bats, billiard cue sticks, and others

Firearms and ammunition

Toy guns, whips, handcuffs

Spillable batteries

EXCESS BAGGAGE

•Each passenger can travel with up to 3 pieces of checked baggage, depending on the type of aircraft

•Passengers may pay for baggage in advance, during the booking or at the check-in counter.

•Please note that all prepaid baggage is nonrefundable.

•If the total dimensions of your baggage exceed 203 cm, please inform us in advance to ensure safe delivery. Additional fees may apply.

•The prices indicated in the table below are valid for one segment only. For round-trip flights, passengers will need to pay twice for baggage.

CHECKED BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE

If the baggage exceeds the allowed free size and weight, passenger can check it for an extra fee.

Free checked baggage shall not exceed the weight mentioned in fare type. Make sure to weigh your baggage before arriving at the check-in counter.

Free checked baggage for travelers with infants may include folding stroller, baby basket, and baby walker.

SPECIAL BAGGAGE

The following items are considered as one piece of baggage, regardless of their actual size as long as their linear dimensions do not exceed 135 cm.

•One sleeping bag or mattress

•One backpack

•One pair of skis, ski poles and ski boots

•Golf bag, golf club and golf shoes

•Properly packed fishing tackle box including 2 hooks, 1 rod, 1 fishing net and 1 pair of fishing boots

•One pair of water skis

•Properly packed single seat motorized racing bike (disconnect the pedal, rotate the steering wheel to the side at 90 degrees)

•One musical instrument, dimensions of which does not exceed 100 cm or 30 inches.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

To ensure the safety of the aircraft, the following hazardous materials are prohibited from both checked and carry-on baggage

•Explosives: Fireworks, all types incendiary materials

•Compressed gas: Butane, oxygen, liquid nitrogen

•Flammable liquids and solids: Lighter fuels and refills, matches, paints, paints thinners, fire-boosters, cleaning agents

•Radioactive materials

•Corrosives: acids, mercury barometers, leaking/alkaline batteries

•Infectious and poisonous materials: pesticides, live bacteria

•Oxidizing agents: bleach, organic peroxide

•Other hazardous items: magnetic material and irritating items

RULES OF RESPONSIBILITY

Eznis Airways is not responsible for damage to a passenger’s baggage caused by items within the baggage.

Passengers are responsible for any damage their baggage causes to other passengers’ baggage or Eznis Airways’ property.

Eznis Airways reserves the right to refuse to transport any baggage not mentioned or listed as prohibited in the Conditions of Carriage.

Eznis Airways may issue boarding passes and conduct check-in processes on behalf of other contracted carriers. Eznis Airways acts solely as a representative of these companies in case of any irregularities.

According to clause 22 of the Warsaw Convention, Eznis Airways is not liable for damage to passengers’ carry-on baggage unless it is due to our negligence.
